CILTA and the Australian Logistics Council are proud to announce a education and professional development program for women in the T&L - Women Moving Forward Mentoring Program. This program has become the largest, most effective mentoring program for women in the T&L industry. It was previously run by the ALC in 2009; however in 2010 under contact from the ALC CILTA will administer and deliver the program with the endorsement of the Australian Federal Government.
With a new look and feel – this program incorporates a high quality, self‐paced and cost effective mentoring program, targeting the retention and development of women. It identifies what women want in their personal and professional lives and helps get them there. It is open for All Women in T&L, In Any Role, In Any Region, In Any T&L Company.
The call has gone out to get involved and join the 300 women from over 100 companies that have already completed this program. Be one of the first 100 to apply and receive an Australian Government subsidy of $200!
